"The aim of art is to represent not the outward appearance of things, but their inward significance." -- ARISTOTLE

My Original Art- is one of my favorites because it gave me a chance to utilize my drawing skills, something I love to do.
Here is what I did-
I opened a new psd file and labeled it kinglab6. I changed the colors to pink foreground and a sky blue background using the color tool on the left panel. With the custom shape tool at the left panel I chose the transparent rainbow gradient for the fill, and I chose a neon green color for the stroke of the shape. I then chose from the upper right panel "frame 8" for my shape. I then added my shape to the workspace and applied a bevel and emboss style to the shape later by using the fx at the bottom right layer panel. I selected the contour and texture with a hard chisel technique within the bevel and emboss selection. I then created layer 1 and chose the rounded rectangle shape tool. I chose to leave out the stroke option and for the fill I used blue, red, yellow gradient, then drew the rounded rectangle shape. In the live shape properties I changed the width to 650 pixels and the height to 500 pixels, and changed the layer shape to radial. With the custom shape tool at the left panel I chose a butterfly shape at the upper right corner with a baby blue fill and an orange-brown stroke. I chose 50 x50 pixels for the size of the butterfly, then added 7 butterflies to layer 1. On layer 2, I chose the brush tool, then under brush presets I selected watercolor spatter fine at 6 pixels and used the hotrpink foreground color to draw the 7 path lines under the butterflies. For later 3, I went to the pencil brush tool and changed my foreground color to burgundy and the background to neon green. I then drew in my own art in the corners. To the small art I added small leaves with the custom shape tool using neon gren fill and dark green stroke on layer 4. I then chose the scattering brush-tip for the brush tool and added 6 brown maple leaves to give it a fall look. I then saved my work as a psd and jpg file.
